(dwarf_derived_probe_group::enroll): Remember if any has_semaphores. (dwarf_derived_probe_group::emit_module_decls): Predicate sdt and task_finder code on has_semaphores. (dwarf_derived_probe_group::emit_module_init): Ditto.
