    Fix pipe paths in the logger PMDA.
    
    * pcp/src/pmdas/logger/event.c (event_create): Handle non-blocking reads.
    * pcp/src/pmdas/logger/util.c (start_cmd): Close the correct side of the
      pipe in the parent process.
