    * dwflpp.cxx (dwflpp::func_is_exported):  New.
    * tapsets.cxx (dwarf_query::dwarf_query):  Add has_exported
      (query_dwarf_func): Check for .exported

    * NEWS, langref.tex, stapprobes.3stap:  Document it.
