    PR12773 Update: Fixed abrt install path
    
    abrt-action-install-debuginfo-to-abrt-cache is now
    installed in /usr/libexec/ rather than in /usr/bin/.
    
    It now checks both paths, so it should work with
    older versions of abrt as well as the newest ones.
