    Get all source line matches for statement probes.
    
    * dwflpp.cxx (iterate_over_srcfile_lines): Pass nsrcs=0 to
      dwarf_getsrc_file so all source matches are returned instead of just
      nsrcs=N matches.
    * (has_single_line_record): Fix indentation.  No other changes.
