commit df7d2178f4d46eaf5d77ff689e6ac31bbab18ab8
Author: David Smith <dsmith@redhat.com>
Date: Mon Feb 20 16:51:33 2012 -0600

Fix PR13646 (partial) by updating spec file to require 'nc' for testsuite.

    * systemtap.spec: Add 'nc' as a requirement for the 'systemtap-testsuite'
rpm (since the new 'ipaddr' testcase uses it).
