    PR13667: Fixed probe point ordering
    
    Now supports:
    
    netfilter.hook().pf()
    netfilter.pf().hook()
    netfilter.hook().pf().priority()
    netfilter.pf().hook().priority()
    
    And .priority() no longer has a default value (i.e. it is
    required).
