    Fixed PR14230 by disabling pagefaulting on ia64 when in an atomic context.
    
    * runtime/copy.c (__stp_strncpy_from_user): On ia64, disable pagefaulting
      if we're in an atomic context.
    * runtime/loc2c-runtime.h (uderef): Ditto.
    * runtime/string.h (__stp_get_user): Ditto.
