    Dyninst compile fixes for 32-bit systems.
    
    * stapdyn/dynsdt.cxx (find_sdt): Fix printf types for 64-bit longs.
      (instrument_sdt): Ditto.
    * stapdyn/stapdyn.cxx (instrument_uprobes): Change type from 'uint64' to
      'int64', since there are only signed 64-bit long BPatch_constExpr
      constructors.
