stapdyn: Try to autodetect DYNINSTAPI_RT_LIB
* stapdyn/dynutil.cxx (check_dyninst_rt): New file; Check that env
DYNINSTAPI_RT_LIB is well set, else guess a good value for it.
* stapdyn/stapdyn.cxx (main): Call check_dyninst_rt().
* stapdyn/dynsdt.cxx (main): Ditto.
* stapdyn/Makefile.am: Build dynutil.cxx and ../util.cxx.
* stapdyn/Makefile.in: Regenerate.
