    Improve task_finder/task_finder2 error handling.
    
    * runtime/linux/task_finder.c (stap_start_task_finder): When we ignore
      EPERM or ENOENT errors, be sure to not accidently return the ignored
      error.
    * runtime/linux/task_finder2.c (stap_start_task_finder): Ditto.
