In the syscall tapset, we do lots of things like

argstr = sprintf("%d, %s, %d", $fd,
_struct_sockaddr_u($uservaddr,$addrlen),$addrlen)

Now, if argstr is not used, the argstr assignment is still not optimized out. I
assume this is because the translator has no way of knowing what
_struct_sockaddr_u() is doing. Is there some way the translator could detect
that it is safe to optimize out or some way we could specify an attribute for
embedded functions to indicate this?
