If you are looking for sources, this

http://sources-redhat.oc1.mirrors.redwire.net/systemtap/elfutils/elfutils-0.119.tar.gz

is what you want. Make sure you also use

http://sources-redhat.oc1.mirrors.redwire.net/systemtap/elfutils/elfutils-portability.patch

for Systemtap purposes.
