API was changed in latest version of libpfm, so systemtap does not compile with it.

untested patch

Function calls were changed as found in libpfm examples. Systemtap compiles
with this patch and works without perfmon-enabled kernel. I did not test it
with perfmon-enabled kernel.

This is mooted by the suspension of the perfmon code.
Once it is reenabled, we'll make sure it works with the
latishest libpfm user-side code.
