staprun unloads a script instead of detaching from it if the staprun was
attached to the script.
You can check it as follows:
1. make a script
$ stap -m foo -e 'probe begin{;}' -p4
2. launch it.
$ staprun -L foo.ko
3. attach.
$ staprun -A foo
4. send SIGQUIT
^4
5. check whether the script is loaded
$ lsmod | grep foo
AFAICS, the 'initialized' global variable in stapio is not initialized
correctly when '-A' option is given.
