Some of the examples and samples do not specify interpreter command or contain
"#! stap" that is not valid command.

This patch adds/fixes interpreter command for some samples and examples. It
does nothing for files that require additional parameters for stap (like -g).

Thanks for the report. You are right, those scripts should be marked executable
and have a proper interpreter command. Some of the examples have been moved
around. But I did a new scan and added the fix wherever appropriate. Also fixed
a small install mistake, where the scripts would get stripped of their
executable bit again on install.
