Issue:
uprobes.ko(and probably relay.ko on old kernel too?) isn't loaded automatically
when non-privileged user runs stap. I think it is not so useful if the user who
wants to run an uprobing-script must have a sudo-able account.
Possible solution:
Add a helper-module loading option to staprun.

The uprobes build/load system can certainly be improved;
see also bug #5163. (But we're not ready for fully
unprivileged users running systemtap yet.)
