Subject: [Bug tapsets/6991] New: accept system call missed on 2.6.27
Date: Tue, 28 Oct 2008 13:07:00 -0000	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <20081028130624.6991.mjw@redhat.com> (raw)

2.6.27 introduced sys_paccept() and rewrote sys_accept() to be just a
call-through to do_accept(). In the case sys_socketcall/SYS_ACCEPT is used it
bypasses sys_accept and sys_paccept completely and directly calls do_accept. See
http://lwn.net/Articles/279837/

This means that on i386 at least we are missing any accept syscalls. Resulting
in a FAIL: 32-bit net1 testcase from syscalls.exp.
