The following testcases fail:
FAIL:

mark-uprobesgcc-O0default-pie-debug-uprobeslibgcc-O0default-prelink-sep-debug_uprobeslibgcc-O0default-prelink-sep-debug
FAIL:
mark-uprobesgcc-O0default-pie-sep-debug-uprobeslibgcc-O0default-prelink-sep-debug_uprobeslibgcc-O0default-prelink-sep-debug
They all fail with the message:
Got "semantic error: No cfa_ops supplied, but needed by DW_OP_call_frame_cfa:

Most likely looking up the cfi cfa ops is missing a bias somewhere.

PR10398 DW_OP_call_frame CFA support doesn't work for prelink shared libs.
* dwflpp.cxx (translate_location): Call get_cfa_ops with relative pc plus
module bias.
(literal_addr_to_sym_addr): Add verbose logging.
(get_cfa_ops): Adjust pc for returned bias. Add verbose logging.
