Just to round out the set, we should make it possible to set a probe
on the several signal-type events utrace exposes. It could even be
a parametrized suite for each of UTRACE_SIGNAL_{TERM,CORE,...}.

with utrace eventually going away, no need to extend this.
We have kernel tracepoints for signal delivery.
