In the near future, we're going to start seeing other packages install files
into our tapset directory. If there's a syntax error in one of those files, all
of stap grinds to a halt. Our lives will be easier if we ignore such files,
perhaps with a warning that we're skipping it.

We now print a warning like:
WARNING: tapset '/path/to/foo.stp' has errors, and will be skipped.
If the user didn't give -W, stap will continue without the erroneous file.
