Histograms are usually big, so it would be good not to enforce increasing
MAXSTRINGLEN, because appropriately changing STP_PROCFS_BUFSIZE or adding
.maxsize(NNN) parameter should be sufficient for successfully storing (=) or
appending (.=) whole histogram to procfs read probe's $value.
It is a simple implication of solving PR10257 and PR10690, mentioned already in
PR10690 comment #1.
