As a simpler-to-implement alternative to bug #3849, or as a transitional
aid to get there, stap and staprun should allow users to specify module
options on the command line. The probe modules already export some of
the systemtap globals for module-parameter-based initialization.

Related to this, unless in sess.guru_mode, globals from guru-mode
(tapset) files should not get exported for possible overriding
by module parameters. This could be a security risk.

staprun already allows staprun foo.ko option=value option2=value2
we just need an option in stap to pass such strings through to staprun;
perhaps stap -G option=value -G option2=value2 (where -G = 'global').
