It may be useful to automatically trigger --use-server mode,
if the local host is insufficiently equipped with kernel-devel or
gcc or debuginfo goodness to carry out a local pass-2/3/4
build. Any error during a local pass-2/3/4 attempt could mean
a retry with some local server (as if --use-server was given).
We could consider making this option the default.
