The "%as" format for scanf et al. is a non-standard, glibc-specific
extension.  Its use causes staprun to crash when using uClibc instead
of glibc.

Fix staprun.c so that it uses standard "%s" sscanf format instead of "%as"

While the patch uses the standard "%s" instead of the glibc-specific
"%s", it does use a variable-length C array, which I gather is a gcc
extension until you get to C99.

There are plenty of libc's but there's only one C compiler...  ;)
