So then I thought "why don't I rename 'STP_WORK_TIMER' to 'STP_WORK_TIMER_INTERVAL' to match 'STP_RELAY_TIMER_INTERVAL', only to realize that 'STP_WORK_TIMER' isn't used anymore.
