We try to not reuse the names of deleted tests (since it makes comparing test results tricky). - I make a couple of changes to temp-directory.exp. I make sure to call "wait" and "close" after each spawn (which is required by expect). I also rearranged the test so that we run the '-p1' test always and the full script only if we're doing a "make installcheck".
