Bug #: 13261
Summary: syntax for global arrays activating map->wrap mode
Product: systemtap
Version: unspecified
Status: NEW
Severity: normal
Priority: P2
Component: translator
AssignedTo: systemtap@sourceware.org
ReportedBy: fche@redhat.com
Classification: Unclassified
The runtime has partial support for wrapping maps, which don't overflow
but instead automagically delete some old entry. This is activated by
setting map->wrap = 1 soon after initialization. We don't have a
script-level syntax for this; perhaps:
global foo%[100], bar%
^ ^ note the punctuation
