In kernel tracepoint headers, #define TRACE_SYSTEM gives a baby namespace
prefix for the tracepoints defined therein.  These are in turn used as FOO:
prefixes for "perf list | grep Tracepoint", and serve to group them.  stap
ignores TRACE_SYSTEM, so only the basic tracepoint names are exposed.

We should suck out the marrow from the femurs life - or at least the
TRACE_SYSTEM from these headers.  We should expose that string for probe
points, as kernel.trace("foo:bar") or perhaps
kernel.trace("bar").system("foo"), and as appropriate $$-variables.
