So if I understand correctly, the issue is that some rhel7 repos are now named
-debug-rpms rather than -debuginfo.
This issue was fixed for debuginfo-install in the latest el7 yum-utils pkg.
Could we not change stap-prep to use debuginfo-install rather than
yumdownloader so we don't have to worry about which repos to enable at all?
(And use regular yum for -devel).
