Subject: [Bug testsuite/16471] New: the server_concurrency.exp testcase has problems
Date: Mon, 20 Jan 2014 18:38:00 -0000 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <bug-16471-6586@http.sourceware.org/bugzilla/> (raw)
https://sourceware.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=16471
Bug ID: 16471
Summary: the server_concurrency.exp testcase has problems
Product: systemtap
Version: unspecified
Status: NEW
Severity: normal
Priority: P2
Component: testsuite
Assignee: systemtap at sourceware dot org
Reporter: dsmith at redhat dot com
Intermittently when running the
testsuite/systemtap.server/server_concurrency.exp testcase I'll get the
following tcl error:
====
ERROR: (DejaGnu) proc "exp6" does not exist.
The error code is NONE
The info on the error is:
no files matched glob pattern "../../src/testsuite/systemtap.base/save/*"
while executing
"glob ../../src/testsuite/systemtap.base/save/*"
invoked from within
"catch "glob ${path}/${pattern}" tmp"
====
From looking at the code, I think this happens when the testcase times out.
Another problem with this testcase is that it tries to run the following test
scripts: testsuite/systemtap.server/server_concurrency[123].stp. However, those
files don't exist - they are named incorrectly in testsuite/systemtap.server.
