Probing by buildid a binary that exists on the system, but only with executable
permissions, is not successful, because of checks in util.cxx. These look for
access(X_OK) rather than (R_OK) on those files. The former are needed to
execute, but not sufficient for reading (which is what elfutils/stap need to
do).
