Log message:
* score.c (record_into_scorefile): Add a warning message if open
fails.
(read_scorefile): Clear records list.
(only_checking, we_have_a_winner): New globals.
(eval_sk_form, eval_sk_last_side_wins,
eval_sk_last_alliance_wins): Look at only_checking.
(side_loses): Check post-turn scorekeepers to see if any would
declare a winner, if so, finish everybody's turns early.
