Log message:
	* task.def (TASK_BUILD): Add args for location at which to build.
	* task.c (do_build_task): Pass location to create-at action.
	* iplayer.c, mplayer.c, kpublic.h, plan.c, task.c, tp.c,
	ccmd.c, macunit.c, macwins.c, tkcmd.c, xcmd.c: Update all calls.
	
	* task.def (TASK_DO_ACTION): Remove, never used.
	* task.c (do_action_task): Remove.
	* xcloseup.c: Remove ref.
