* tkconq.h (UI sidecloseuplist, etc): Remove, never used.
(Map w_lastrawx, w_lastrawy, wscrollmode): New fields.
* tkconq.tcl (make_normal_bindings): Add motion binding for
world map.
(w_autoscroll): New proc.
* tkmain.c (tk_world_mouse_over_cmd): New tcl command.
(update_world_mouseover): New function.
* tkmap.c (worldw_vp, set_w_tool_cursor): New functions.
