Log message:
* world.c, world.h (numfeatures): New global.
* world.c (init_features, create_feature, destroy_feature): Update
it.
(num_features): Remove.
* ps.c (dump_ps_view): Use numfeatures global.
* tkconq.h (UI numfeatures): Remove.
* tkcmd.c, tkmain.c, tkmap.c: Use numfeatures global.
* tkconq.tcl (adjust_view_menu): Use view_option_names for
strings, use numfeatures to enable/disable feature view control.
(popup_help_dialog): Enable Help and Back buttons, increase
default size of text area.
* tkmain.c (describe_map): Add more info.
(node_stack, etc): New globals.
(tk_help_goto): Maintain and use stack of visited nodes.
* xdraw.c, xmap.c: Use numfeatures global.
