	* macinit.c, macmenus.c, macmouse.c: Ditto.
	* xcmd.c, xdesign.c, xhelp.c, ximf.c, xinit.c, xprint.c, xtmain.c:
	Ditto.
	
	* iplayer.c, mkrivers.c, mplayer.c, run.c, util.c, write.c: Remove
	some redundant function decls.
	* macwins.c: Ditto.
	* tkimf.c: Remove unused decl.
