Log message:
	* config.h (INITMAXUTYPES, etc): Remove, never used.
	* game.h (for_all_possible_unit_types, etc): Ditto.
	* help.c (u_histogram, t_histogram, etc): New globals.
	(u_property_desc, t_property_desc, uu_table_row_desc, etc): Use as
	dynalloced space instead of fixed-size arrays.
	* unit.h (Unit uihook): Remove, never used.
	* ui.h (VP aux_terrain_types): Remove, made into global.
	(VP draw_aux_terrain): Make into a pointer.
	(VP newest_to_show, fade_terrain, lowest_altitude,
	highest_altitude): Remove, never used.
	* ui.c (new_vp): Allocate vp->draw_aux_terrain.
	* world.c (aux_terrain_type_index): New global.
	(count_terrain_subtypes): Alloc and fill in.
	
	* macmap.c (create_map): Remove set of vp->aux_terrain_types.
	* macmenus.c (do_menu_command): Use aux_terrain_type_index to
	set terrain type submenu.
	
	* tkmap.c (Map aux_terrain_types): Remove, never used.
