Log message:
* unit.h (UnitView size, date): New fields.
* side.h (view_size): New macro.
* plan.c (victim_here, target_here): Use view size.
* side.c (side_sees_unit, side_sees_image): Return true if
side->show_all.
(add_unit_view): Fill in view of unit size.
