* unit.h (unit_in_vector): New macro, access to unit vector.
* ai.c (run_ai_plan_adjust): Use it.
* cmd.c (apply_to_all_selected_units): Ditto.
* run.c (units_still_acting, side_move_some_units): Ditto.
* skelconq.c (list_actors): Ditto.
* ui.c (autonext_unit, autonext_unit_inbox): Ditto.
* maclist.c (draw_unit_list_entry, etc): Ditto.
* macwins.c (get_selected_construction_unit, etc): Ditto.
* cdraw.c (draw_unit_list_entry): Ditto.
* run.c (need_ai_plan_research): Remove.
(run_side_research): Don't set it.
* ai.c (run_local_ai): Test numatypes instead of
need_ai_plan_research.
* run.c (side_move_some_units): Add more comments, use local vars
for side->actionvector.
(run_construction): Test side_has_ai instead of side_has_local_ai,
fix occupant test.
