Log message:
	Eliminate a few minor warnings, minor tweaks.
	* plan.c (plan_offense_support, plan_explorer_support): Remove
	unused locals.
	* read.c (interp_unit_defaults): Remove unused local m.
	* tkcmd.c (do_fire): Removed unused local rslt.
	* tkconq.h, tkmain.c (init_all_display): Make static.
	* tkinit.c (toplevel_display_used): Remove unused global.
	(report_missing_images): Report correct side for emblems.
	(init_other_images): Fix debug reports.
	* tkmain.c (update_mouseover): Use unit_could_attack, remove
	copy of could_attack.
