Remove unused -pre and -post command-line options, only allow
one module on the command line.
* cmdline.c (struct module_spec, struct gdl_spec): Remove.
(parse_command_line): Remove -pre and -post.
(add_a_module): Don't add multiple modules.
(add_a_gdl_spec): Remove.
(load_all_modules): Simplify.
* cmdline.6in: Remove doc of options.
