This morning, the compilation fails under MinGW:

gcc -c -g -O2 -mwin32  -g   -DHAVE_ACDEFS_H -I. -I./../missing help.c
help.c: In function `set_help_output_dir':
help.c:202: `F_OK' undeclared (first use in this function)
help.c:202: (Each undeclared identifier is reported only once

make[2]: *** [help.o] Error 1
