The warning you are getting is because certain alt-percentiles or wet-percentiles are not completely covered. You will need to increase the percentile coverages for certain terrains until there are no gaps between percentile bands. Any gaps are being substituted with terrain-type 0, 'ocean', and so the world actually has too much water. Eric
