I've started using Reviewed-by: Carlos O'Donell <carlos@redhat.com>
and Signed-off-by: Carlos O'Donell <carlos@redhat.com> in all my
glibc reviews.

Since then I've seen 5 such items go into the git commit messages.

Progress? :-)
