(dot_cfi_endproc): Use it.
(dot_cfi_fde_data): Likewise.
(dot_cfi_inline_lsda): Likewise.
* dw2gencfi.h (struct fde_entry): New declaration.
(cfi_set_last_fde): Likewise.
