It is. Even though not yet officially released (any day now). gcc
13.0.1 has already been included in the latest fedora release.
This builder is using a container based on fedora-latest, which was
using gcc 12 before (fedora 37) but switched to fedora 38 now that is
officially released (which uses gcc 13).
