The GNU Binutils Code of Conduct is now up:

I have linked to it from the wiki and the sourceware GNU Binutils web
page, and the FSF copy of the web page should be updated soon.
If anyone has any questions or concerns or wants to volunteer to be on
the Code of Conduct committee then please do contact me directly or
