Correct test target/skip lines to fix fails on alpha-dec-vms,
alpha-linux-gnuecoff, i386-bsd, i386-msdos, ns32k-openbsd,
ns32k-pc532-mach, pdp11-dec-aout, rs6000-aix*, tic4x-coff, and
tic54x-coff.
