Dmitry added himself as maintainer in March 2005, and there are only five
more commits by him (Aug/Sep 2005). I wonder if the entry shouldn't be
removed; this wouldn't be the first arch without any explicit maintainer.

I emailed Dmitry privately and he agreed that he no longer wishes to be a
maintainer for the MSP430 port, so I have removed his entry from the
MAINTAINERS list.
